To be accepted, the luggage must be in perfect condition, without breakage or deterioration, unless it is considered as “luggage limited acceptance”.
With regard to its content, volumen, weight and external appearance, the luggage must be within the established standards.
Within the ítems that make up the luggage those that are prohibited by law or provisions of the countries of origin, transit or destination will not be accepted.
It is obligatory to have both, hand and checked in luggage identified.
We suggest the identification of your luggage with your personal data: name, address at destination, email and mobile phone number.
Carry medications, money, valuables and important travel documents in your hand luggage.
Fragile ítems, such as glass, ceramics or similar, perishable ítems such as food or valuable ítems such as jewellery or money should NOT be transported in your luggage, according to international safety rules the Airlines do not cover the incidents that occur in these effects due to los or damage.

- Flammable liquids (gas cylinders, paints, solvents …)
- Flammable solids such as phosphorus, articles of easy ignition, spontaneous combustion or that in contact with water will emit flammable gases.
- Oxidizing materials, such as bleaching and peroxide powders.
- Poisons and infectious substances / radioactive materials.
- Corrosive materials, acids, alkalis and wet batteries.
- Magnetised materials and other dangerous items listed in the regulations on dangerous goods of IATA.
- Fragile, poorly packed, damaged.
- Perishable
- Accepted over time limit
- Not allowable in the cabin, for safety or volume
- Unidentified
- Some live animals, such as dogs, cats, domestic birds and other home animals that will be accepted according to established rules.
- Allowed ONLY as checked in luggage in the hold , ammunition for weapons properly packed and only for sporting purposes.
