We want your experience with Plus Ultra to always be of the highest possible quality. For this reason, we offer you service on board to make your flight much more comfortable and pleasant.

On our long-distance flights we offer free menus with a varied selection of snacks, breakfasts, hot and cold meals and dinners, with different options prepared by our catering service. All Plus Ultra flights offer on-board service that includes a complete bar service that includes all types of soft drinks, juices and alcoholic beverages. We also offer our passengers special menus that adapt to different needs, to enjoy them, it is necessary to request them at least 72 hours in advance, by contacting us by phone in our Customer Service. All special meals available in Plus Ultra are those recognized by IATA. Our business class passengers, in addition to a personalized and differentiated service, have at their disposal national and international press and a selection of magazines. Important information for allergic passengers / Special meals We inform you that some of the products that we offer in our service on board may contain allergenic ingredients for some passengers with some type of intolerance or allergy including the traces. In addition, it is the responsibility of the passenger to carry the appropriate medication and other protection measures that may be needed during the flight. For your own safety, keep in mind the following recommendations:
  • If you suffer from any type of allergy or intolerance, you should always carry the necessary medication and injectables with you
  • If you have an allergy or intolerance to any type of food, including nuts, we can not confirm that the menu offered is free of them, as it is impossible to
  • Plus Ultra guarantee this circumstance with the companies supplying food and / or the suppliers that have subcontracted.
  • We must inform you that it is not possible for Plus Ultra to guarantee that other passengers carry food containing the products and / or derivatives to which you are allergic or intolerant.
  • As a sign of our concern for your wellbeing and previous authorization on your part, our crew will inform the rest of the passengers of the flight with the intention of avoiding the consumption of products that may cause any type of reaction.
  • Our aircraft are cleaned on a regular basis in accordance with the regulations and uses of the air transport sector, but this cleaning does not guarantee the elimination of said allergens and the air filters of the aforementioned airplanes have not been designed to eliminate such substances either. We can not guarantee your absence or exposure on board during the flight and therefore we urge you to take the necessary medical precautions in case of exposure.
