Children travelling alone

PLUS ULTRA offers two services for children traveling alone.

UMNR:

• Obligatory for children between 5 and 12 years old traveling as unaccompanied minors. Parents / guardians must complete the necessary forms upon arrival at the airport of departure, which must include:
• Accompanying person at the airport of origin, with address, telephone number and DNI.
• Accompanying person at the airport of destination, with address, telephone number and ID

Upon arrival at the destination airport, children will be delivered exclusively to the persons mentioned in the documentation. Parents / guardians must remain at the airport until the plane has departed. The minors will be identified during the entire trip, and as far as possible they will be assigned the front seats of the plane so that they need better attention from the crew. They will also be the last to board the airport of origin and get off at the airport of destination. There is a maximum number of unaccompanied minors per flight, so you must request the service in advance. Unaccompanied minors will be seated in the last row, in all Plus Ultra aircraft they will never be seated at emergency exits. The UM service carries an additional cost of € 80/100 USD.

"Young people"

Young people between 12 and 17 years old, this accompaniment service works the same as UM's for children between 5 and 12 years old without accompanying, has the same costs and must be requested in advance.
